Hitting a glass ceiling or feeling like there’s no room for advancement is common in corporate America. While many companies like that still exist in today’s world, Maui Wowi prides itself on being able to support opportunities that benefit the individuals who support the brand and work to create a strong foundation for the company. That’s why promoting employees from within is an important aspect to the Maui Wowi business. At the Maui Wowi Mainland (headquarters) there exists a team unlike any other; a team that is more a family than a group of co-workers. Recently, when four employees were promoted, the whole team took pride in their accomplishment.
Justin Livingston has been representing the Aloha Spirit and core values of the Maui Wowi brand for nearly eight years. Starting out as a Development Manager and working his way into leadership roles, Justin has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development. In this new role, his core responsibilities will be focused on properly growing and expanding the brand domestically while taking on an integral role in the expansion of our international and licensing programs.
Eric Richardson has been promoted from Senior Project Manager of Construction to the Director of Construction Services and has earned the title through his hard work and dedication to ensure the Maui Wowi locations are built to our high standards and qualifications to create an inviting space for all of our customers.
Misty Hartner has been promoted from Events and Venues Manager to Senior Manager of Franchise Support. Her responsibilities remain devoted to providing superior franchise support in operations, training, and marketing systems.
Jaci Kuntz has proven to be a valuable asset for increasing our capacity to which we can offer additional franchise support. She has been promoted from Front Office Manager to Franchise Support Coordinator where she will work with franchisees to create a seamless flow of on-going assistance.
We congratulate all of them and recognize their achievements. It’s not always easy to find a group of individuals with so much talent and versatility; mahalo for all that you have done and continue to do!
