Dan Marks has been surfing his way to the top since the 1960’s. Riding the waves in Oahu and Southern California, Dan is truly living the Aloha lifestyle. Dan started his journey with Maui Wowi over 8 months ago, fulfilling his dreams of leaving the corporate world, and becoming involved in a family-friendly, laid back lifestyle.
After spending 6 years in the Navy, and working his way up to Chief Executive Officer in a corporate job, Dan started a family in San Diego. Dan continued to raise his 3 children while never letting his dreams of being outdoors on the beach, or in the mountains out of his sight. His whole family shares a love of the ocean and a calmer lifestyle, so Dan decided to pursue what he has always wanted.
Realizing the adventure that would be sure to include his love for the outdoors and his love for his family, Dan jumped right into Maui Wowi Hawaiian. While building his business, Dan’s children are always at his side, having fun and making memories. “The joy of doing this is that I’m actually working with my kids. We’re doing it together. It has been an amazing adventure for me so far.”
